Mojave’s Dean capture’s three events

Mojave's Jalon Dean won three individual boys events on Friday at the Ron Resler Invitational at Boulder City.

Dean swept the hurdles, winning the 110-meter high hurdles in 15.59 seconds, and taking the 300 low hurdles in 40.27 seconds. He also won the high jump, clearing 6 feet, 5 inces.

Arbor View's Ivy Dobson won the 100 (11.01) and 200 (22.3).

Faith Lutheran's Clarissa Maxey was the top individual in the girls meet, winning the 100 (12.56) and 200 (25.73) and running on the winning 400 and 1,600 relay teams.

Coronado's Sara Dort won the 1,600 (5 minutes, 18.72 seconds) and 3,200 (11:46.75).
