Mojave and Spring Mountain’s boys track and field programs claimed state championships in their respective classes at Carson High School on Saturday afternoon.

Michael Canada won a pair of events on Thursday to lead the Spring Valley boys track team to a narrow home victory in a three-team meet.
Aeneas Davis won the 300-meter hurdles and high jump Wednesday to lead Silverado’s boys track team to victory in a three-team meet at Green Valley.
Jalen Nailor won two individual events and ran on a winning relay team Tuesday to help host Bishop Gorman’s boys track team defeat Clark and Calvary Chapel.
