ROUNDUP: Las Vegas boys net road win at Valley

Tyree Anderson and Dominique Douglas won two events apiece Wednesday to lead Las Vegas High’s boys track team to a 77-66 win at Valley.
 
Anderson won the high jump (6 feet, 2 inches) and long jump (19-11), and Douglas took the 800-meter run (2 minutes, 7 seconds) and 1,600 (4:47.9).
 
Valley’s Alexander Dori took the 110 hurdles (17.4) and 300 hurdles (45.0). Teammate Garic Wharton won the 200 in 21.6.

Trio leads Moapa Valley to victory
At Faith Lutheran, a trio of athletes led Moapa Valley (72 points) to a narrow win over Cheyenne (69) and Faith Lutheran (42).

 
Moapa Valley’s Josh Thompson won the 1,600 (4:45.2) and 3,200 (10:26.8), James Frehner took the 110 hurdles (16.3) and 300 hurdles (42.9), and Malte Fibel won the high jump (5-10) and long jump (19-9½).
 
Cheyenne’s Nchong Enokenwa won the 100 (11.3) and triple jump (40-4).

Collins leads Pioneers to win

At Canyon Springs, Daveon Collins won two events to help the host Pioneers (74 points) hold off Rancho (61) and Agassi Prep (3).
 
Collins took the 100 (10.6) and 200 (21.9).
