ROUNDUP: Trio helps Bonanza boys edge Diamondbacks

Jacob Perez, Scott Dore and Robert Rudd each won twice Tuesday to help Bonanza’s boys track team to a 74-71 win over host Desert Oasis.
Perez took the 110-meter hurdles in 17.9 seconds and the 300 hurdles in 44.6. Rudd won the 800 (2:04.7) and 1,600 (5:03.2), and Dore took the high jump (5-6) and triple jump (39-10½) for the Bengals.
Jacquez Kalili won the 100 (11.1) and 200 (22.8) for Desert Oasis.
Kelly, Gaels beat Longhorns
At Bishop Gorman, Kyle Kelley won the 300 hurdles, triple jump and long jump to power the Gaels to an 80-56 win over Legacy.
Kelly won the 300 hurdles in 42.2 and jumped 21-8 in the long jump and 40-0 in the triple jump.
Legacy’s Randy Ricks won the shot put (44-9) and discus (141-4).
Trailblazers top Mountain Lions
At Sierra Vista, Sami Mesgun, Victor Ross and Tyler Watts each won two events to lead Durango to a 98-39 win over the Mountain Lions.
Ross won both hurdles, Mesgun took the 1,600 and 3,200 and Watts won the high jump and long jump.
Aggies rout Grizzlies
At Arbor View, Davariz Swanson won three times, and the Aggies won all but one event to beat Spring Valley, 126-20.
Swanson won the high jump (5-8), long jump (20-0) and triple jump (38-6½).
Ivy Dobson (100 and 200), Jordan Comish (1,600 and 3,200), Howard Wade (110 hurdles and 300 hurdles) and Elijah George (shot put and discus) won twice for Arbor View.
Oberdin, Mustangs roll
At Shadow Ridge, Nicholas Oberdin won the 800 (2:08.0) and 1,600 (4:41.4) to lead the Mustangs to victory in a three-team meet.
Shadow Ridge had 110 points to top Palo Verde (55) and The Meadows (24).
The Meadows’ Kwaku Kufuor won the 110 hurdles (16.27) and 300 hurdles (43.6).
Bulldogs top Spartans
At Centennial, Anyah Nutter, George Espino, Justin Galaviz and Jordan Karst each won two events as the Bulldogs beat Cimarron-Memorial, 129-55.
Nutter took both hurdle events, winning the 110 hurdles in 16.7, and the 300 hurdles in 45.5.
Espino won the 1,600 (4:39.7) and 3,200 (10:18.7), Galaviz won the 400 (52.2) and 800 (2:00.7) and Karst took the shot put (49-9½) and discus (125-7).
