Roundup: Bishop Gorman gets by Las Vegas

Trevor Papock supplied 37 assists, 18 digs and 16 aces to power the Bishop Gorman’s boys volleyball team to a 25-10, 12-25, 25-17, 29-27 win over visiting Las Vegas on Wednesday night.

Anthony Leach had 17 digs and 13 kills, and Julian Uy added 20 digs for Gorman.

Shaun Kampshoff led Las Vegas with 10 kills, nine assists, seven digs and six aces.

Silverado 3, Desert Oasis 1 — At Silverado, Dillon Marshall had 22 digs as the Skyhawks defeated the Diamondbacks 25-21, 15-25, 25-14, 25-21.

Michael Palacios had 10 digs and nine kills, and Jon Francis notched 10 kills and eight digs for Silverado.

Josh Bastin led Desert Oasis with 20 assists and 11 digs.

Arbor View 3, Coronado 1 — At Coronado, Jaylen Harris had 10 kills and seven digs, and Chad Decker added eight kills and seven digs in the Aggies’ 25-23, 14-25, 25-21, 27-25 win over the Cougars.

Sam Belnap had 26 assists for Arbor View, and Tyler Worthington had 16 digs.

Ben Bloss had 19 kills, two aces and 18 digs for Coronado, and Payton Burks added 10 kills, nine digs and seven blocks.

Spring Valley 3, Boulder City 0 — At Boulder City, Alan Quach had 17 assists and four aces, Anthony Dodson had seven kills and the Grizzlies waltzed to a 26-24, 25-23, 25-14 victory.

Preston Jorgenson had 18 kills, four digs and five blocks for Boulder city, and Boen Huxford had four kills, 22 assists and two blocks.

Shadow Ridge 3, Foothill 1 — At Foothill, Andrew Wyatt supplied 22 assists and nine digs, and Derek Robnett had 16 kills, three assists and 10 digs in the Mustangs’ 25-20, 17-25, 25-23, 25-17 victory over the Falcons.

Tanner Lester had eight kills and four blocks for Foothill, and Troy Bell had 18 digs.
