ROUNDUP: Hevrin helps Gators to road win over Dragons

Nick Hevrin dished out 36 assists Tuesday to help Green Valley to a 25-21, 25-21, 20-25, 25-12 victory over host Del Sol.

Dimitri Santos and Wesley Reed each had 13 kills, and Beau Gronert added 12 kills for the Gators.

Del Sol’s Nick Maglaras had 30 assists and eight digs, and Eric Beil supplied 16 digs and 12 kills for the Dragons.

Shadow Ridge 3, Arbor View 0 — At Arbor View, Cody Tesoro logged 26 digs to lead the Mustangs to a 25-20, 25-21, 26-24 victory over the Aggies.

Jalen Makaiwi had 17 assists, and Braden Taylor had 16 digs for Shadow Ridge.

Gennaddy Shataev posted 10 kills and 15 digs to lead Arbor View. Richard Garness had 19 assists for the Aggies.

Cimarron-Memorial 3, Mojave 0 — At Cimarron, Brayden Egbert had seven kills and three digs to lead the Spartans to a 25-7, 25-6, 25-17 win over the Rattlers.

Taylor Larsen added nine aces and eight assists, and Tanner Maxwell had 14 assists for Cimarron.

Centennial 3, Legacy 0 — At Legacy, Dustin Buell had 10 kills and two aces to lead the Bulldogs to a 25-12, 25-13, 25-9 victory over Legacy.

Tanner Bonds and Dylan Morris each added four kills for Centennial.

Erik Valerio had six assists and six digs for Legacy, which got four kills from Jeremiah Hall.

Coronado 3, Tech 0 — At Coronado, Byrin Romney had 21 assists, two kills and three digs to help the Cougars to a 25-10, 25-12, 25-17 victory over the Roadrunners.

Chris Andrulis had 13 kills and six aces, and Jahren Makanoa supplied five kills, six digs and three aces for Coronado.

Alex Prado led Tech with 18 digs, and Jaime Torres had four kills for the Roadrunners.

Silverado 3, Liberty 0 — At Liberty, Brian Theophil had nine kills as the Skyhawks topped the Patriots, 25-11, 25-18, 25-16.

Indigo Varela distributed 27 assists for Silverado, and Steven Jex added six kills.

Gil Lim led Liberty with three kills and four aces, and Daniel Filimona added five kills for the Patriots.

Palo Verde 3, Cheyenne 0 — At Cheyenne, Sean Wilson had 29 assists and five kills as the Panthers cruised to a 25-11, 25-13, 25-14 victory over the Desert Shields.

Brandon King added nine kills, and Pat Morrison had seven kills, five digs and four aces for Palo Verde.

Shaq Wilson led Cheyenne with four kills.

Basic 3, Foothill 0 — At Basic, Robby Nelson had 14 digs as the Wolves defeated the Falcons, 25-13, 25-17, 25-17.

Mark Bowman added seven blocks and five kills for Basic, and Tanner Humphreys posted seven kills and four digs.
