Roundup: Shadow Ridge takes out Arbor View

Justin Ahlstrom had 25 assists, and teammate Andrew Wyatt had 24 assists to lead the Shadow Ridge boys volleyball team to a 25-17, 25-17, 23-25, 25-20 win over Arbor View on Tuesday night.

Derek Robnett had 15 digs and 12 kills, and Travis Hoadley added 18 digs for Shadow Ridge. Zach Fedinec notched 15 kills for the Mustangs.

Sam Belnap had 23 assists, and Tyler Worthington contributed 20 digs to lead Arbor View.

Sierra Vista 3, Durango 0 — At Durango, Croix Reganit notched 15 kills and 11 digs, and Frank Hines tallied 11 kills, nine digs and two aces as the Mountain Lions held off the Trailblazers, 25-15, 25-23, 31-29.

Trenton Morss added 17 digs for Sierra Vista.

Breatin Foster had 22 digs and three assists, and Tim Kedrowski had 11 kills, three blocks and two aces for Durango, which also got seven kills from Tau Fotu.

Bishop Gorman 3, Spring Valley 0 — At Spring Valley, Aiden Napoli tallied nine digs and five kills to help the Gaels sweep the Grizzlies, 25-12, 25-14, 25-12.

Blake Weissman added five kills for Gorman. Danny Carbajal-Sandoval had seven digs, and Alan Quach notched five assists for Spring Valley, which also got three kills from Anthony Dodson.

Cimarron-Memorial 3, Desert Oasis 0 — At Desert Oasis, Alex Olson supplied 28 assists in the Spartans’ 25-17, 25-21, 25-17 sweep of the Diamondbacks.

Johnathan Mika had 14 digs, and Fred Tito added 10 kills for Cimarron.

Josh Bastin notched 12 assists and seven kills, and Liam Morrissey provided seven kills to pace Desert Oasis.

Palo Verde 3, Bonanza 0 — At Palo Verde, Cooper Jarman had 17 assists, and Jared Brady notched 10 kills to help the Panthers sweep the Bengals, 25-20, 25-9, 25-13.

Andrew Tingey had eight kills, and Kade Madsen added six kills for Palo Verde. James Mead had 16 assists, Mark Thuet tallied six kills, five digs and three aces, and Victor Fajardo supplied six kills for Bonanza.

Coronado 3, Boulder City 0 — At Coronado, Alex Winiarczyk had nine kills and seven digs to help the Cougars to a 25-4, 25-17, 25-15 win over the Eagles.

Ben Bloss added seven kills and three aces, and Alex White had 20 assists and two kills for Coronado. Randy Cowles added four kills, five aces, four digs and two blocks for the Cougars.

Preston Jorgensen led Boulder City with nine kills and six assists. Boen Huxford added four kills and seven assists for the Eagles.

Centennial 3, Foothill 0 — At Foothill, Farries Gardner put down 14 kills to lead the Bulldogs to a 25-17, 25-22, 25-16 sweep of the Falcons.

Sam Durkin dished out 37 assists, and Austin Anderson supplied nine kills and four blocks for Centennial. Teon Taylor added seven kills and five blocks for the Bulldogs.

Troy Bell had 15 digs, and Caleb Stearman notched 11 assists and seven kills to pace Foothill.

Sunrise Mountain 3, Eldorado 1 — At Eldorado, Emerald Acasili had 19 kills, 14 digs and four aces as the Miners beat the Sundevils, 26-24, 25-18, 15-25, 25-22.

Johnny Pedraza added 30 assists and eight digs, and Elijah Bright had 16 digs for Sunrise Mountain.

Adrian Evans had 12 kills, two digs and two blocks to lead Eldorado. Dahlton Stack added seven kills, and Christopher Garcia had 28 assists for the Sundevils.

Legacy 3, Clark 1 — At Clark, Richard Steacy had 12 kills, and Garrett Linell had 11 kills to help the Longhorns to a 25-23, 22-25, 25-18, 26-24.

Creed Laws had nine kills and Davick Clark for Legacy.

Nicko Babilonia led Clark with eight kills.
