ROUNDUP: Williams rallies Chargers past Grizzlies

Taeg Williams logged 24 assists to help Clark’s boys volleyball team to a 21-25, 25-16, 25-21, 25-22 victory over visiting Spring Valley on Tuesday.

Glen Green and Quartez Baugus each added nine kills for Clark.

Desert Pines 3, Sunrise Mountain 1 — At Sunrise Mountain, Trevor Krystek had 18 kills to lead the Jaguars to a 25-23, 25-16, 14-25, 25-23 win over the Miners.

Justin Ngarmnet distributed 30 assists for Desert Pines.

Rico Lucas paced Sunrise Mountain with 22 assists, and teammate David Carter posted three blocks.

Sierra Vista 3, Bishop Gorman 1 — At Sierra Vista, Paolo Lee had 43 assists, and Tyler Hollings supplied 13 kills to help the Mountain Lions to a 25-27, 25-20, 25-20, 25-21 win over the Gaels.

Matt Lychock had eight kills and 13 assists to lead Bishop Gorman, which got seven kills from Stephen Zimmerman.

Bonanza 3, Durango 0 — At Durango, Mitchell Barnes had 23 assists, and Nick Vass had 14 digs to help the Bengals down the Trailblazers, 25-17, 25-20, 25-16.

Brycen Duckworth had eight kills, and Kavanaugh Buck supplied seven blocks for Bonanza.

Dex Alston had 14 assists, and teammate Rontraye Rainey had nine blocks for Durango.

Desert Oasis 3, Western 0 — At Desert Oasis, Austen Becker had 22 assists and five digs as the Diamondbacks swept the Warriors, 25-10, 25-20, 25-17.

Nate Norr had seven kills and seven digs, and Tailer Bowen added six kills and three blocks for Desert Oasis.

Western’s Reese Tillmond had five kills and three blocks, and U.L. Jamerson supplied 10 assists for the Warriors.

Canyon Springs 3, Chaparral 0 — At Canyon Springs, Adam Tuala had 10 kills and 11 blocks as the Pioneers rolled the Cowboys, 25-14, 25-20, 25-19.

Jon Jason Duhaylungsod had 25 assists and five aces for Canyon Springs, and teammate James Harris added eight blocks and six kills.

Pierce Morgan led Chaparral with 18 assists and three aces. Saiquan Charingto added 11 kills and four blocks for the Cowboys.

Valley 3, Eldorado 0 — At Valley, Peter Nunes had 27 assists, and Ignacio Diaz put down 12 kills as the Vikings swept the Sundevils, 25-16, 25-17, 25-13.

Jack Heavey supplied 10 kills, and Matt Ballaro added seven kills for Valley.

Eldorado’s Cody Ence had seven digs, and David Tran had four kills for the Sundevils.

Las Vegas 3, Rancho 0 — At Rancho, Evany Diaz had 29 assists, and Garrett Jones added 13 kills as the Wildcats swept the Rams, 25-17, 25-20, 25-21.

Nathan Steed had 10 digs and four kills, and Jace Turner added seven kills for Las Vegas.

Rancho’s Guillermo Silva and R’Mond Hill each had 10 kills.
