VOLLEYBALL: Andre Shabazz does it all in four-set win over Sierra Vista

Andre Shabazz had three kills, 28 assists, five aces, 11 digs and three blocks to lead Durango’s boys volleyball team to a 25-20, 16-25, 25-10, 25-20 home win over Sierra Vista on Wednesday.

Jaylen Clark added 13 kills, 13 digs and two blocks, and Filip Bosnajak had nine kills and seven digs for the Trailblazers.

Chris McCoy led Sierra Vista with 12 kills and five digs. Croix Reganit had five kills and four digs for the Mountain Lions.

Bishop Gorman 3, Bonanza 0 — At Bonanza, Charles Pollnow had 16 kills and nine digs to power the Gaels to a 25-22, 25-17, 25-14 sweep of the Bengals.

Trevor Papock dished out 37 assists, and teammate Ray Leon added six kills for Gorman.

Paolo Luchs had eight digs and six kills for Bonanza. James Mead added 14 assists, and Victor Fajardo supplied six digs for the Bengals.

Rancho 3, Eldorado 0 — At Rancho, Cameron Corcran had 22 assists and seven digs to guide the Rams to a 25-18, 27-25, 25-23 victory over the Sundevils.

Daniel Grantham had 10 kills and nine digs, and Brennan Berti added 11 kills and five blocks for Rancho.

Tim Lawson notched 18 assists and eight digs for Eldorado, which got 13 kills and seven digs from Adrian Evans.

Valley 3, Tech 0 — At Valley, Hunter Harp had 16 digs and three aces, and Isaac Frazier tallied eight kills and five digs to help the Vikings sweep the Roadrunners, 25-19, 25-19, 25-11.

Noah Sutton added 10 kills and two aces for Valley.

Collin Faught had 13 assists, and Gary Johnson had five kills for Tech.

Desert Oasis 3, Spring Valley 0 — At Spring Valley, David Toole had seven kills, four aces and eight digs in the Diamondbacks’ 25-11, 25-13, 25-14 win over the Grizzlies.

Joshua Sadama added 17 assists, three aces and five digs, and Cooper Lund and Jacob Jaffe each had five kills for Desert Oasis.

Las Vegas 3, Canyon Springs 0 — At Las Vegas, Kyle Monton had 14 assists, four aces and eight digs in the Wildcats’ 25-12, 25-9, 25-18 win over the Pioneers.

Jeremy Saengsaveng added six kills, and Elliott Silveira had 16 assists for Las Vegas.
