VOLLEYBALL: Gralapp, Skyhawks rally by Sundevils in five sets

Tyler Gralapp had 13 kills and 11 digs Tuesday to help Silverado’s boys volleyball team rally for a 25-11, 19-25, 20-25, 30-28, 15-12 win at Eldorado.
Cody Steckel finished with 32 assists and 14 digs, and Taz Goon added 11 kills, nine digs and three aces for the Skyhawks.
Dakota Shults put away 29 kills to lead Eldorado. Dylon Richardson dished out 33 assists, and Charles Sweet tallied nine blocks for the Sundevils.
Del Sol 3, Sierra Vista 2 — At Sierra Vista, Jared Moreda had 12 digs and 10 blocks to lead the Dragons to a 17-25, 25-16, 20-25, 25-17, 15-9 win over the Mountain Lions.
Blane Quitog added 22 assists and eight blocks, and teammate La’akea Cabanas had 17 assists and six aces for Del Sol.
Kevin Samuel led Sierra Vista with nine aces, and teammate Nik Fava added eight kills.
Clark 3, Tech 2 — At Clark, Walt Benda had eight kills, five digs and four aces to lead the Chargers to a 25-18, 23-25, 13-25, 25-21, 18-16 win over the Roadrunners.
Henok Mucheye added 11 kills, and Daniel Diaz-Villa recorded nine kills and three digs for Clark.
Bryant Pochop led Tech with 15 kills, five aces and 12 digs, and teammate Josh Wood had 12 kills, 29 assists, four digs, three blocks and three aces.
Western 3, Sunrise Mountain 2 — At Western, William Riggs dished out 17 assists, and Sky Tillmond contributed five kills, three aces and three digs as the Warriors held off the Miners, 19-25, 25-10, 25-9, 22-25, 15-10.
Bobby Brass had four kills and two aces for Sunrise Mountain.
Rancho 3, Durango 1 — At Durango, Lamont Traylor had 14 kills, and Douglas Candido distributed 24 assists to help the Rams top the Trailblazers, 25-22, 25-18, 30-32, 25-22.
Montef Hargrove had nine kills, two aces and two blocks, and Martin Rodriguez added eight kills, eight digs and four aces for Rancho.
Joshua Semmerling had eight kills and four blocks, and Michael Diggins added 14 kills, three aces and two blocks for Durango. Jaylen Clark had five kills, five digs and six aces, and Andre Shabazz supplied 43 assists, two kills and two blocks.
Legacy 3, Coronado 1 — At Coronado, Zaire Franklin had 23 kills, 16 digs and three blocks as the Longhorns topped the Cougars, 30-28, 25-22, 22-25, 25-23.
Anthony Delgado finished with 38 assists and six digs, and Anthony Madden tallied 11 kills, five digs and two blocks for Legacy.
Jon Meath led Coronado with 18 kills, 16 digs and three blocks, and teammate Samuel Cox added 37 assists and 12 digs. Nathan Gerrard and Travis Little each notched 16 digs. Little also had seven kills for the Cougars.
Green Valley 3, Arbor View 0 — At Green Valley, Dustin Elliott had 15 kills and six digs to lead the Gators to a 31-29, 25-20, 25-17 victory over the Aggies.
Zachary Hewitt added 22 assists, five kills and four aces, and teammate Chase Larson added five kills, four aces and two blocks for Green Valley. Tyler Dancel had 13 digs for the Gators.
Treven Clizbe led Arbor View with 15 kills, Sam Buckels added nine kills and two aces, and teammate Kaneen Manuel had seven kills, four blocks and two aces for the Aggies.
Mojave 3, Chaparral 0 — At Mojave, Jason Zambrano dished out 24 assists to lead the Rattlers to a 25-10, 25-14, 25-12 sweep over the Cowboys.
Alex Carvalho supplied 11 kills and seven digs, and Jordan Glenn added nine kills for Mojave, which got eight kills from Malik Wayman.
Ben Kirschbaum had five kills for Chaparral.
Palo Verde 3, Foothill 0 — At Foothill, Cole Wilson had 16 assists to lead the Panthers to a 25-18, 25-22, 25-17 sweep of the Falcons.
Chandler Juilfs had six kills, and Michael Simister added five kills for Palo Verde.
Shilo Chow provided 22 assists and six digs, and Colin Curi supplied 10 kills and five digs for Foothill.
Desert Pines 3, Spring Valley 0 — At Spring Valley, Estanislao Lansangan recorded nine kills, eight assists and two blocks to help the Jaguars turn back the Grizzlies, 25-19, 25-17, 25-20.
Danny Keosavang added eight kills and two blocks for Desert Pines.
Troy Lance had four kills and three blocks, and Stevan Paukovic supplied four kills for Spring Valley.
Shadow Ridge 3, Basic 0 — At Basic, Quinn Peterson had 11 kills and two aces as the Mustangs were 25-12, 25-14, 25-11 winners over the Wolves.
A.J. Makaiwi had 21 digs and four aces, and Jacob Ludwig added four kills for Shadow Ridge.
Bo Peterson had five digs for Basic.
