GIRLS VOLLEYBALL: Calvary Chapel takes down Pahranagat Valley in four sets

Olivia Kaiser had 19 kills and eight digs, and Malia Lee added five kills and five blocks to lead Calvary Chapel to a 25-22, 25-22, 19-25, 25-19 win over host Pahranagat Valley on Friday.

Sara Hernandez had six kills, and Lexi Davis had four kills and 27 assists for the Lions, who also got five kills and 14 digs from Michalla Odem.

Liberty Baptist 3, Sandy Valley 1 — At Sandy Valley, Valerie Martin had 12 assists, 10 digs, four kills and three aces in the Eagles’ 25-17, 25-17, 27-29, 25-8 victory over the Sidewinders.

Liberty Baptist’s Jade Halverson had 15 kills and two kills, and Kiley Guardiola had 10 digs and seven kills.

Makaylah Workizer had 13 digs, six kills and four aces for the Eagles, and Brianna Martin had eight digs, six kills, six assists and two aces.

Eldorado 3, Western 1 — At Western, the Sundevils defeated the Warriors, 25-19, 19-25, 25-17, 25-16.

Eldorado’s Samantha Voogd had seven aces and Hailey Stark added five aces and seven blocks.

Nikki Riggs had 20 assists, five aces, two kills and two digs for Western.
