GIRLS VOLLEYBALL: Centennial takes down Legacy on the road

Siara Roberts had seven kills, 23 assists, six aces and 23 digs Friday to lead Centennial’s girls volleyball team to a 26-24, 25-16, 25-27, 25-20 win at Legacy.

Danyale Berry finished with 11 kills, Kanani Lasike had six kills and two aces, and Talie Bonds had five kills, 18 assists and 24 digs for the Bulldogs.

Myah Maxwell had 16 kills and 26 digs, and Jazmyne Walker added 16 kills and nine digs for the Longhorns

Arbor View 3, Palo Verde 0 — At Arbor View, Sarah Goddard’s 13 kills and one ace propelled the Aggies to victory over the Panthers, 25-23, 25-19, 25-21.

Trinity Chen had four kills and one ace, Alyson Jeeves had 38 assists and four aces, and Natalia Poa had eight kills and one ace for the Aggies.

Arien Fafard had 15 assists, Carli Tanner had six kills and seven digs, and Aaliah Largusa had six kills for the Panthers.

Faith Lutheran 3, Cimarron-Memorial 0 — At Faith Lutheran, Sydney Washington had 17 kills in the Crusaders’ 25-10, 25-21, 25-16 victory over the Spartans.

Elizabeth Tuls had nine kills for Faith Lutheran, and teammate Bryanna Neagle had eight kills and three blocks. Logan Van Reken had nine digs and three aces.

For Cimarron, Alyssa Karpinski and Logan DeLong each had seven kills, with DeLong adding 12 assists.

Liberty Baptist 3, Innovations International 0 — At Innovations International, Jade Halverson carried the Eagles with eight kills, eight assists, seven aces and seven digs in the Eagles’ 25-8, 25-8, 25-18 victory.

For Liberty Baptist, Kelsey Guardiola had nine aces, five assists, four kills and four digs, and Valerie Martin had six aces, six digs and four kills.

Tech 3, Desert Pines 0 — At Desert Pines, Cadie Espe had nine assists and three digs to carry the Roadrunners over the Jaguars, 25-13, 25-12, 25-7.

Vira Tavita and Brianna Fitzgerald had six blocks apiece for the Jaguars.

Chaparral 3, GV Christian 0 — At Chaparral, Jessica Joiner’s 12 aces and six assists led the Cowboys to a victory over Green Valley Christian, 25-13, 25-15, 25-10.

Alyssa Porras had five kills, and Kayla Dusenbery had six aces for Chaparral, which also got six aces fromLesly Quezada.

Calvary Chapel, 3 Agassi Prep 0 — At Calvary Chapel, Lexi Davis’ 16 assists and 12 kills led the Lions past the Stars, 25-8, 25-10, 25-11.

Olivia Kaiser finished with nine kills, and Rachel Miller had six digs for the Lions.

The Meadows 2-2, Laughlin 0-0 — At The Meadows, Dani Mason’s seven kills and three aces led the Mustangs past the Cougars, 25-13, 25-8 in the opener.

Emily Ebel added six assists and six digs, and Anna Dorn had 14 digs for the Mustangs.

Dina Kosyagin’s seven kills and four aces as the Mustangs downed the Cougars, 25-11, 25-6 in the nightcap.

Alexi-Rose Corrigan had five kills and Anna Dorn had eight digs for The Meadows.
