ROUNDUP: Arbor View fans’ unsportsmanlike behavior prompts forfeit to Cheyenne

Cheyenne’s girls collected their first Northwest League volleyball win of the season in a bizarre way Friday at Arbor View.
The Desert Shields were awarded the match by forfeit, despite trailing 15-25, 9-14. Match officials forfeited the contest to Cheyenne as a result of unsportsmanlike behavior by Aggies fans.
Neither coach specified what actions by the crowd led to the forfeit. Arbor View will protest the decision.
Palo Verde 3, Shadow Ridge 1— At Shadow Ridge, Tori Lounsberry had 29 assists as Palo Verde rallied for a 27-29, 25-14, 25-23, 25-17 win over the Mustangs.
Ainsley Lovejoy had 11 kills and seven blocks and Nicole Gneiting 14 kills and six digs for the Panthers.
Kylee Schraft had 14 kills, seven digs and three aces and Kelsey Tesoro 13 kills and 12 digs for Shadow Ridge.
Centennial 3, Mojave 0— At Mojave, Alexa Kubena had two kills, three blocks and three aces as Centennial cruised to a 25-9, 25-5, 25-6 victory over Mojave.
Morgan Vieira had 16 assists, 11 aces and two blocks for the Bulldogs. Alli Tatom added four kills and six aces for Centennial.
Cimarron Memorial 3, Legacy 0— At Legacy, Catherine Wyre recorded 10 kills, 10 digs and two aces to help lift the Spartans over the Longhorns, 25-18, 25-18, 25-23.
Jessica White added 21 assists and eight digs and Jenna Escoto 16 digs for Cimarron.
Kathleen Noorda had eight assists, and Kelsey Knight added eight digs for Legacy. Kayla Murray had four kills for the Longhorns.
Green Valley 3, Del Sol 0— At Green Valley, Sydney Brozovich had 18 kills and four aces and Jena Chavez 27 assists to help the Gators earn a 26-24, 25-12, 25-16 win over the Dragons.
Siga Appelgate added eight kills and two aces for Green Valley.
Gaby Luebke had five kills and six digs, Kadie Miller 14 assists and Bryana Chavez seven kills and two digs for Del Sol.
Coronado 3, Tech 0 — At Coronado, Katie Gamsky dished out 25 assists and had four kills to help the Cougars to a 25-9, 25-11, 25-9 win over Tech.
Alex Herlosky and Mikayla Delobel each had six kills for Coronado. Delobel also served four aces. Kuulei Piena added four kills for the Cougars.
Silverado 3, Liberty 0— At Silverado, Marilyn Agae had 19 assists and five aces and Patti Flagg 15 kills and three aces to help the Skyhawks beat Liberty, 25-12, 25-6, 25-10.
Taylor Richard had 11 kills and three aces for the Skyhawks.
Megan Murphy had eight blocks and Alexandra Fragoso four blocks for the Patriots.
Basic 3, Foothill 1— At Basic, Hylarie Aguilar had 10 digs, six kills and two aces and Toni Cowley five kills to lead Basic over Foothill, 25-12, 22-25, 25-11, 25-6.
Tara Patchett added 12 kills, three blocks and seven digs for the Wolves.
Rhianna Gelhart had eight assists, three kills and two blocks for Foothill. Jessica Stevens added eight kills, five blocks and four digs, and Jessica Spangler had five kills for the Falcons.
Faith Lutheran 3, Virgin Valley 0— At Faith Lutheran, Kelsey McCourt supplied 19 assists and four aces and Hayley Washinsky nine kills to help the Crusaders cruise to a 25-17, 25-11, 25-17 win over Virgin Valley.
Jessica Rodriguez added three aces for Faith Lutheran.
Rachel Morris had six kills and three blocks and Sarah Frazen four kills for Virgin Valley.
Moapa Valley 3, Boulder City 0 — At Overton, Briane Olige had 13 kills and Shelby Thompson 12 kills to help the Pirates top Boulder City, 25-16, 25-22, 25-21.
Cydney Solomon dished out 42 assists for Moapa Valley. Jessica Waite added 13 digs and Caley Dunlap nine digs for the Pirates.
Pahranagat Valley 3, Lake Mead 0 — At Lake Mead, Pahranagat Valley posted a 26-24, 25-22, 25-13 win over the Eagles.
Ashley Newton had 14 kills, 14 digs and five blocks for Lake Mead. Heather Hillenbrand added 10 blocks and six kills and Jessica Rinaldi 14 assists and six digs for the Eagles.
Mountain View 2-2, Agassi Prep 0-0 — At Agassi Prep, Zari Riley had four aces and two kills in the opener and five kills and two blocks in the nightcap as Mountain View swept the Stars, 25-22, 25-9 and 25-16, 25-17.
Charde Page added three kills and two blocks for Mountain View in the second match.
West Wendover 2-2, Calvary Chapel 0-1 — At Calvary Chapel, West Wendover swept a pair of matches, winning 25-21, 25-22 in the opener and 25-20, 24-26, 16-14 in the nightcap.
In the first match, Ebony Brown had 18 digs for Calvary Chapel. Brettani Davis added 15 digs for the Lions. Lauren Feigler had 11 digs and six kills, and Jamie Bearden had five digs and five assists.
In the second match, Davis and Feigler each had 24 digs. Feigler also had six kills. Brown added 17 digs and eight kills, and Bearden had nine assists.
White Pine 2-1, The Meadows 1-2 — At The Meadows, Krystina Fong had 18 digs in the first match and 20 in the second match to help the Saints split with White Pine.
White Pine won the first match, 25-21, 23-25, 15-13. The Meadows rebounded for a 26-24, 19-25, 15-11 win in the second match.
Ariel Santos added 13 digs, and Kim McLaughlin had 20 assists for The Meadows in the first match. McLaughlin dished out 12 assists in the nightcap. Austin McMillan added five kills in the second match.
Lincoln County 2-2, Needles 0-1 — At Needles, Calif., Lincoln County won a pair of matches, defeating Needles, 28-26, 25-16 in the opener and 25-19, 24-26, 15-10 in the nightcap.
