Roundup: Eldorado sweeps Valley

Amber Castro had 10 aces, eight assists, and eight digs for Eldorado’s girls volleyball team in a 25-21, 25-15, 25-19 at Valley on Friday night.
Eldorado’s Deanna Contreras had nine digs, four aces, two kills, and two blocks, Jaylene Ruiz had aces and four digs, and Melissa Cuevas had seven digs, three aces, and one block.
Valley’s Frida Ochoa-Uribe had 11 digs, Andre Munguia had 10 assists, three digs, and two aces, and Krystal Carter had four kills, four digs, and three aces.
Bishop Gorman 3, Arbor View 0 — At Bishop Gorman, Angelina Starck had 27 assists, nine kills, nine aces, and three blocks for the Gaels as Bishop Gorman coasted to a 25-8, 25-21, 25-7 win.
Tommi Stockham had 13 kills and 11 digs for Bishop Gorman, and Natalie Mavroidis had 24 digs.
Sadae Cintron had three kills, 10 assists, and 10 digs for the Aggies.
Moapa Valley 3, SLAM Academy 0 — Emilie Barraza and Abbie Evans each had six aces as the Pirates defeated the Bulls, 25-15, 25-10, 25-11.
Kyla Bradshaw also had four aces for Moapa Valley.
GV Christian 3, Calvary Chapel 1 — At Calvary Chapel, Reagan Sosa had eight kills, eight digs, and three aces as the Guardians defeated the Lions, 25-18, 25-16, 18-25, 25-22.
Sofia Gil also had 12 assists and three aces for GV Christian.
Elena Sands had 11 digs, five aces, and one kill for the Guardians, and Scarlett Limon had five aces, four kills, and two digs.
Sky Pointe 3, Somerset-Losee 1 — At Somerset-Losee, Bella Pelupelu had nine assists, eight aces, and seven kills as the Eagles defeated the Lions, 17-25, 26-24, 25-16, 26-24.
Lions’ Myri Au Young-Uwaine had eight kills, Sabrina Wright had 10 assists, and Taylor Kelly had six digs.
