ROUNDUP: Forte guides Sierra Vista girls past Pahrump

Kayla Forte dished out 32 assists Thursday to lead Sierra Vista’s girls volleyball team to a 26-24, 24-25, 25-15, 25-12 victory over visiting Pahrump Valley.
Brooke Robinson had 16 kills and five aces, and Ally Harold had eight kills for Sierra Vista.
Taylor McJunkin had eight kills for Pahrump. Taylor Ball added five kills and Katelyn Barnes eight digs for the Trojans.
Durango 3, Spring Valley 0 — At Durango, Sarah Tullis dished out 22 assists and served seven aces in the Trailblazers’ 25-11, 25-10, 25-7 win over Spring Valley.
Cherelle Hicks had 18 kills, Borjana Djukic 13 digs and Taylor Short six aces for Durango.
Bishop Gorman 3, Western 0— At Western, Kylie Shaw had 12 kills and four aces, and Michelle Lisowski tallied 11 digs as the Gaels beat the Warriors 25-19, 25-21, 25-19.
Rachel Wallace added four kills for Gorman.
Michelle Simon led Western with 12 kills, and Lashawnda Anderson added seven blocks.
Desert Oasis 3, Clark 2— At Clark, Desert Oasis outlasted the Chargers, 25-9, 21-25, 25-20, 19-25, 15-6. 
Arbor View 3, Legacy 0 — At Legacy, Tori Dunn had nine kills in the Aggies’ 25-23, 25-19, 25-15 win over the Longhorns.
Lorin Rader added nine assists and Paige Rahczi 15 digs for the Aggies.
Kayla Murray and Jessica Van Alsen each had five kills for Legacy.
Palo Verde 3, Cimarron-Memorial 0— At Cimarron, Tori Lounsbery had 28 assists and five aces to help Palo Verde post a 26-24, 26-24, 25-11 win over the Spartans.
Anisley Lovejoy provided seven kills, four aces and three blocks, and Joanna Sisovic added 15 kills and six digs for Palo Verde.
Merrik Frost supplied six digs and 15 assists, and Leilani Blanco and Mendie Cloyes each had five digs for the Spartans.
Centennial 3, Shadow Ridge 2 — At Shadow Ridge, Centennial overcame a rally by the host Mustangs to post a 25-22, 25-21, 24-26, 20-25, 15-7 win.
Kylee Schraft led Shadow Ridge with 22 kills, 34 digs and five aces.
Rachel Childress dished out 37 assists and had two aces. Mykale Thomas had 28 digs and two aces for the Mustangs.
Mountain View JV 3, Adelson School 1 — At Adelson School, Mountain View’s junior varsity posted a 25-11, 24-26, 25-5, 25-18 win over the Lions.
Morgan Goodelman had two kills for the Lions.
The Meadows 2-2, Calvary Chapel 1-0— At Calvary Chapel, the Mustangs swept a doubleheader from the Lions, winning the opener 25-13, 25-27, 16-14 and the second match, 25-22, 25-22.
Calvary Chapel’s Brettani Davis had 24 digs, and Laura Perri tallied 18 assists in the first match.
In the second match, Perri had 10 assists and four digs, and Bri Ridley had seven kills.
 
Henderson International 3, Beatty 1— At Beatty, Pamela Sakuma's 14 kills helped Henderson International to a 10-25, 25-16, 25-14, 25-22 win over the Hornets.
 
Fabi Pachas added eight kills and three aces, and Hailey Schulz had seven kills and three blocks for the Wolverines.
