ROUNDUP: Gorman girls beat Sierra Vista, stay atop Southwest

Kylee Chun had 23 assists and 10 digs Wednesday to help Bishop Gorman down visiting Sierra Vista 25-20, 25-20, 25-16 in a battle for first place in the Southwest League.
Brooke McKenna added 16 digs, and Michelle Lisowski had 10 digs and six aces for Gorman (6-1, 5-0 Southwest). Liz Manthei and Kylie Shaw had eight kills each for the Gaels.
Kaylei Forte had 12 digs, and Ally Herold and Johnnie Pride supplied six kills each for Sierra Vista (9-4, 4-1).
Bonanza 3, Desert Oasis 0— At Desert Oasis, Callyn Snow had eight kills and three aces, and Jessica Johnson had six kills as the visiting Bengals downed the Diamondbacks, 27-25, 26-24, 26-24.
Kelsey Motis had six kills and five blocks, and Jaimie Swickard had 11 digs for Desert Oasis.
Durango 3, Clark 0— At Durango, Sarah Tullis recorded 11 assists, and Cherelle Hicks had four kills and seven aces as the Trailblazers defeated the Chargers, 25-14, 26-24, 25-17.
Borjana Djukic tallied eight digs, and Kylie Ferri added four kills and three blocks for Durango.
Pahrump Valley 3, Western 0 — At Pahrump, Ashley Lindgren dished out 17 assists in the Trojans’ 25-16, 25-20, 25-11 win over the Warriors.
Taylor Ball had eight kills and Taylor McJunkin three aces for Pahrump.
Centennial 3, Mojave 0 — At Mojave, Lacy Miyahira had seven kills, six assists and five aces to lead the Bulldogs over the Rattlers, 25-9, 25-6, 25-8.
Naramin Holloway had six kills and three aces, and Morgan Vieira had 13 assists and six aces for Centennial.
Bobbie Harris had six digs to lead Mojave, and Janell Dods added three digs and three aces.
Palo Verde 3, Cheyenne 0 — At Cheyenne, Tori Lounsbery had 16 assists, six kills and four aces to lead the Panthers over the Desert Shields, 25-15, 25-12, 25-19.
Ainsley Lovejoy had nine kills and three aces for Palo Verde.
Andrea Smith led Cheyenne with four assists and two aces.
Shadow Ridge 3, Arbor View 1 — At Shadow Ridge, Kylee Schraft had 19 kills, and Rachel Childers had 29 assists to lead the Mustangs to a 25-20, 21-25, 25-10, 25-10 win over the Aggies.
Micaila McErlean had 10 kills and 15 digs for Arbor View, and Lorin Rader added 12 assists.
Legacy 3, Cimarron-Memorial 1 — At Cimarron, Kathleen Noorda dished out 23 assists to help the Longhorns to a 25-20, 23-25, 25-17, 25-17 win over the Spartans.
Kayla Murray had nine kills for Legacy.
Merrick Frost had 17 assists and six kills to lead Cimarron. Leilani Blanco added six kills and Jessica Gamez four aces for the Spartans.
Boulder City JV 2, Adelson School 0 — At Boulder City, the Eagles’ junior varsity team was a 25-12, 25-15 winner over the Lions.
