Roundup: Jazmyne Walker leads Longhorns past Arbor View

Jazmyne Walker had 21 kills, 16 digs and four blocks Tuesday as Legacy’s girls volleyball team picked up a 25-22, 23-25, 25-19, 26-24 home win over Arbor View.

Kiana Carter had 14 kills and 15 digs for the Longhorns, Kamaile Mendonsa had 40 assists and seven digs, and Alyssa Fuller had 19 digs.

Sarah Goddard had 16 kills, five aces and two blocks for the Aggies. Alyson Jeeves had 20 assists, and teammate Makayla Snyder had 10 kills for Arbor View.

Rancho 3, Sunrise Mountain 0 — At Rancho, Kekai States had 17 assists and three aces, and Dayana Raygoza notched seven kills and four aces as the Rams swept the Miners, 25-8, 25-9, 25-12.

Mia Suzuki served 10 aces, and Angelyne Berkedal supplied 10 kills for Rancho.

Destiny Favela had four digs, and Julia Miles had two kills and two digs for Sunrise Mountain.

Coronado 3, Basic 0 — At Basic, Madison Karcich had 11 kills as the Cougars rolled to a 25-8, 25-16, 26-24 victory over the Wolves.

Shannon Evans added seven kills, and Megan Wang had 14 digs for Coronado.

Kiara Richardson led Basic with 10 kills and two blocks. Serenity Lomprey added eight kills, 13 digs and two blocks, and teammate Skylar Robbins had 21 assists and seven digs for the Wolves.

Boulder City 3, Virgin Valley 0 — At Boulder City, Maggie Roe had 17 kills, nine digs and three aces as the Eagles beat the Bulldogs, 25-14, 26-24, 25-20.

Kamry Bailey added 17 kills, and Ava Wright tallied 31 assists and five aces for Boulder City.

Bishop Gorman 3, Cimarron-Memorial 0 — At Gorman, Sydney Lobato supplied 15 assists in the Gaels’ 25-10, 25-7, 25-18 victory over the Spartans.

Kylie Gibson had 12 kills for Gorman. Tommi Stockham had six kills, and Lilly Hoff tallied six assists for the Gaels.

Destiny Garcia led Cimarron with nine assists, and teammate Alexandrea Payan notched five digs.

Sierra Vista 3, Spring Valley 0 — At Sierra Vista, Caleyse Saunders had eight kills, and Anica Kruyer added five kills as the Mountain Lions swept the Grizzlies, 25-19, 25-13, 25-11.

Emma Lily Marple had 12 assists for Spring Valley.

Durango 3, Bonanza 0 — At Durango, Tehani Faitau had 15 assists and four aces as the Trailblazers defeated the Bengals, 25-16, 25-12, 25-15.

Anuhea Faitau added 10 assists and four aces for Durango.

Sydney Dunn paced Bonanza with 17 assists and five digs.

Tech 3, Del Sol 0 — At Del Sol, Makenna Faught had 12 assists and six digs to help carry the Roadrunners to a 25-11, 25-17, 25-22 win against the Dragons.

Seidi Trevizo had 10 digs for Tech, and Kayla Cook had five kills for the Roadrunners.

Hope Yaw had 20 digs, three kills and two aces for Del Sol. Angel Jones had 15 digs, four aces and two kills, and Genessa Galibut had 11 assists and four digs for the Dragons.

The Meadows 3, Pahrump Valley 0 — At The Meadows, Dani Mason supplied 13 digs and 12 kills in the Mustangs’ 25-9, 25-12, 25-14 sweep of the Trojans.

Dina Kosyagin had 18 digs, and Mira Gollard added 15 assists for The Meadows. Vivian Pallares contributed 14 digs, and teammate Beau Thistle tallied six kills for the Mustangs.

Jacquellen Stobbe dished out 17 assists to lead Pahrump.

Kylie Stritenberger had five kills for the Trojans, and teammates Angel Gibson and Kathryn Daffer each added four kills.

Centennial 3, Clark 0 — At Centennial, the Bulldogs rolled past the Chargers 25-5, 25-11, 25-16.

Clark’s Autumn Flowers had five aces and three digs. Natalyn Ngo had five digs and two assists, and Tsion Gashaw had two aces and two digs for the Chargers.

Faith Lutheran 3, Desert Oasis 0 — At Desert Oasis, Sydney Washington had 14 kills as the Crusaders defeated the Diamondbacks, 25-21, 25-12, 25-16.

Mary Vancura added 19 assists for Faith Lutheran, which got 10 kills from Alexi Johnson and nine kills from Maggie Skinner.

Desert Oasis’ Laityn Sarna supplied 21 assists and 10 digs. Sophia Parlanti had nine digs and nine kills for the Diamondbacks, who got nine kills from Remy Seumalu.

Somerset-Sky Pointe 3, Chaparral 0 — At Somerset-Sky Pointe, Katie Piet tallied 17 digs, and Tuvaelagi Mann had 13 assists and two aces as the Eagles held off the Cowboys, 29-27, 25-23, 25-17.

Emily Lemmon supplied seven kills for Somerset-Sky Pointe.

Makayla Kenslow had 19 assists, and teammate Alexandria Williams supplied eight kills and two aces for Chaparral.

Adelson School 2-0, Calvary Chapel 0-2 — At Adelson School, Calvary Chapel won the nightcap 25-12, 25-15 to earn a split with Adelson School.

In the opener, Dana Bluevise had 16 digs, and teammate Elizabeth Gutierrez had 12 digs to lead Adelson School to a 25-12, 25-10 victory.

Bluevise had nine digs in the nightcap, and teammate Gutierrez supplied six digs.

Liberty Baptist 3, Word of Life 1 — At Liberty Baptist, Jade Halverson had 12 kills, seven aces, seven assists and 18 digs to lead the Knights over the Eagles, 25-19, 17-25, 25-17, 25-17.

Kelsey Guardiola had 10 digs, six kills, three aces and three assists for the Knights, and teammate Kiley Guardiola had 21 digs, four kills and three aces.

Alissa Chavez had 15 digs, five assists and two kills for Word of Life.

Indian Springs 3, Somerset-Losee 0 — At Somerset-Losee, the Thunderbirds cruised to a 25-11, 25-14, 25-21 victory over the Lions.
