ROUNDUP: Jefferson propels Desert Oasis girls past Spartans

Tianna Jefferson had 17 assists, three digs and two kills Tuesday to help Desert Oasis’ girls volleyball team to a 25-17, 18-25, 25-20, 25-19 win at Cimarron-Memorial.

Lauren Rios added 11 digs, and Alexis Lund had six digs and five kills for the Diamondbacks.

Erica Padilla had 28 assists, four digs and three kills, and Chalon Henderson supplied 14 kills for Cimarron. Kiana Carter had 10 kills and two aces, and Sarina Creswell provided three kills, three aces and five digs for the Spartans.

Bishop Gorman 3, Centennial 1 — At Centennial, Emma Filosi racked up 37 assists, six kills and three blocks, and Gianna Ruggeroli had 10 kills and 10 digs to help the Gaels to a 26-24, 25-21, 14-25, 25-23 win over the Bulldogs.

Emma Kirst had 13 kills, and Alex Ruggero chipped in 28 digs for the Gaels, who got nine kills and four blocks from Sierra Scoggins.

Tiana Bonds had 15 kills and 10 digs, and Kristi Farley supplied 29 assists, six kills and five aces for Centennial. Madison Harper had 13 digs, and Nani Padilla added 12 digs, seven kills and three aces for the Bulldogs.

Del Sol 3, Eldorado 1 — At Eldorado, Kaleileihua Cabanas had 16 kills, eight digs, four blocks and three aces to lead the Dragons to a 19-25, 25-19, 25-16, 25-22 win over the Sundevils.

Camile Santana helped Del Sol with 13 digs and two aces, and teammate Rudie-Armida Soria-Bailey added 15 kills and five aces.

Sarah Kanet had 13 digs, 11 kills, five aces and two blocks, and Alexis Vaquero added 27 assists, nine digs, three kills for Eldorado. Tori Stark supplied six blocks, and Angela Stoneback contributed seven kills and 11 digs for the Sundevils.

Foothill 3, Liberty 1 —
At Foothill, Samantha Douglas recorded 14 kills, 11 assists, 10 digs and seven aces to help the Falcons down the Patriots, 25-9, 25-18, 27-29, 25-9.

Zoe Wolfenbarger tallied 20 kills and 14 assists, and Sarah Dusenbury added eight digs and six aces for Foothill.

Natalia Leilua had 18 assists and two blocks, and Alyssa Helms totaled eight kills and two blocks for Liberty, which got six kills and three aces from Luiza Nascimento.

Sunrise Mountain 3, Tech 1 — At Sunrise Mountain, Imani Kroon had 21 assists and six aces, and Jenae Yurek-Karhee tallied nine kills and five aces as the Miners beat the Roadrunners 25-22, 25-12, 23-25, 25-15.

Tania Amaya added six aces and five kills for Sunrise Mountain.

McKayla Kimball led Tech with five kills and two aces, and Kimberly Rodriguez and Haylee Holsclaw each had two kills.

Moapa Valley 3, Virgin Valley 1 — 
At Mesquite, Makenzie Bush had 11 kills, and Shelbie Gray added eight kills as the Pirates rallied for a 15-25, 25-10, 25-22, 25-17 win over the Bulldogs.

Summer Owens supplied seven kills and five aces for Moapa Valley.

Nikki Arquette had 25 assists, five aces, five digs and four kills to pace Virgin Valley. Kourtney

Metzger added 10 kills and five digs, and Kirston Tanner and Jasmine Pulver each had 10 digs for the Bulldogs.

Bonanza 3, Legacy 0 —
At Bonanza, Rykki Rudd had 12 kills and three blocks in the Bengals’ 25-21, 25-8, 25-21 sweep of the Longhorns.

Mady Huntsman served eight aces, and Sydney McFadden distributed 10 assists for Bonanza, which got seven digs from Ellyn Hirabayashi.

Emily Valerio had 17 assists, and Ashley Smoot and Quortney Baker-Judie each supplied four kills and two blocks for Legacy.

Boulder City 3, Desert Pines 0 — At Desert Pines, the Eagles posted a 25-21, 25-10, 25-5 win over the Jaguars.

Xiomara Pulgarin logged five aces for Desert Pines, and teammate Jazzmin Avalos added 10 digs.

Calvary Chapel 3, Pahranagat Valley 0 —
 At Calvary Chapel, Brooke Davis had 22 assists, eight digs and three aces, and Deja Harris supplied 19 kills, two blocks and three digs as the Lions swept the Panthers, 25-18, 25-21, 25-18.

McKenna Beckwith had 10 digs and four aces, and Athena Lewis had five aces for Calvary Chapel. Kayla Johnson added six digs for the Lions.
