Roundup: Riana Blount, Foothill rally past Faith Lutheran in four sets

Riana Blount had 14 digs, 10 kills and six blocks as Foothill’s girls volleyball team rallied for a 21-25, 25-16, 25-23, 25-23 win at Faith Lutheran on Wednesday.

Whitley Brow added 13 kills and 13 digs for the Falcons, who got seven kills and five blocks from Savannah Lopez.

Alexi Johnson had 25 assists, Mary Vancura added 17 assists, and Kyrie Lorfing contributed 14 assists and nine digs to lead Faith Lutheran.

Centennial 3, Green Valley 0 — At Green Valley, Siara Roberts dished out 32 assists in the Bulldogs’ 25-22, 25-19, 25-23 sweep of the Gators.

Emily Anderson supplied 17 kills and five aces for Centennial.

Abby Olsen had 18 assists and 11 digs to lead Green Valley.

Basic 3, Desert Oasis 0 — At Desert Oasis, Kiara Richardson had 16 kills in the Wolves’ 25-16, 25-14, 25-19 win over the Diamondbacks.

Serenity Lomprey added five kills, 11 digs and four blocks, and Angelina Dean had five kills, 11 digs and four blocks for Basic.

Remy Seumalu led Desert Oasis with five kills. Laityn Sarna added 14 assists and two aces, and Sophia Parlanti notched four kills, two aces and 13 digs.

Western 3, Eldorado 1 — At Western, Myah Moore had 14 assists, and Milly Gonzalez served nine aces as the Warriors held off the Sundevils, 25-12, 18-25, 25-23, 25-20.

Camille Rogers added eight kills for Western.

Amber Castro had six assists and six aces, and Yazmin Vazquez had eight digs for Eldorado.

Sierra Vista 3, Rancho 0 — At Sierra Vista, Mackenzie Bowlen had three aces, 13 assists and seven digs to power the Mountain Lions over the Rams, 25-20, 25-19, 25-15.

Audrey Dayton had 13 kills, seven digs and an ace for the Mountain Lions, and teammate Alana Davis had five kills.

Angelyne Berkedal had 10 kills for Rancho, and teammate Mia Suzuki had 13 digs.

Legacy 3, Las Vegas 0 — At Legacy, Kamaile Mendonsa had 21 assists and five aces in the Longhorns’ 25-19, 25-16, 25-9 sweep of the Wildcats.

Myah Maxwell had 10 kills, and teammate Kiana Carter tallied six kills for Legacy.

Brooklyn Stone had 10 assists and nine digs for Las Vegas, and Skyla Faught contributed seven kills and seven digs for the Wildcats.

Arbor View 3, Liberty 0 — At Arbor View, Alyson Jeeves had 33 assists and three aces, and Nicola Talbot added 16 digs and four aces in the Aggies’ 25-13, 26-24, 25-23 win over the Patriots.

Bailey Olbur had eight kills and five blocks, and Sarah Goddard notched eight kills and two aces for Arbor View.

Alexandra Farnsworth led Liberty with 17 digs, nine kills and two aces, and teammate Tehani Tapuala had 24 assists.

Cimarron-Memorial 3, Desert Pines 0 — At Cimarron, Destiny Garcia had 28 assists and two aces, and Elise Young added 13 kills and two aces to help the Spartans sweep the Jaguars, 25-14, 25-8, 25-7.

Natasha Obradovic notched seven kills and three aces for Cimarron.

Virgin Valley 3, Del Sol 0 — At Mesquite, Taylor Barnum had nine kills, eight digs and six aces, and Calee Clem added 25 assists as the Bulldogs swept the Dragons, 25-11, 25-15, 25-17.

Markell Ludvigson had seven digs and three aces, and Jessica Barnum added 10 kills for Virgin Valley.

Hope Yaw had 13 digs, and Ashanti Dickson had five blocks for Del Sol.

Moapa Valley 3, Tech 0 — At Overton, Aria Messer had 27 assists and seven aces, and Eden Whitmore had 12 kills as the Pirates swept the Roadrunners, 25-10, 25-7, 25-11.

Dannika Gordon added 10 kills, Kessa Evans had seven aces, and Shelbi Walker supplied four kills for Moapa Valley.

Makenna Faught led Tech with eight assists and three digs.

Boulder City 3, Chaparral 0 — At Boulder City, the Eagles coasted to a 25-12, 25-9, 25-7 victory over Chaparral.

Maggie Roe had 17 kills, Ava Wright had 22 assists and Jerra Hinson had five aces and four blocks for Boulder City.
