ROUNDUP: Sosa, Beavers help Mustangs sweep Palo Verde

Niehely Sosa had 11 kills and three blocks, and Destinee Beavers added 10 kills as Shadow Ridge’s girls volleyball team collected a 25-20, 25-21, 25-20 win at Palo Verde on Friday.
Bailee Bradley supplied 19 digs for Shadow Ridge.
Lauren Kannal paced Palo Verde with 13 digs, 10 assists and three blocks. Morgan Megown added 14 digs, and Jessica Garrett contributed seven blocks and four digs for the Panthers.
Centennial 3, Cimarron-Memorial 0 — At Centennial, Kaitlin Kelly racked up nine kills, eight assists, seven digs, five blocks and three aces as the Bulldogs swept the Spartans, 25-11, 25-9, 25-12.
Alli Tatom added eight blocks and seven kills, and Ashley Hill had nine digs and four aces for Centennial.
Toree Manumaleuna had 10 assists and four digs for Cimarron, and Leilani Blanco added seven kills and six digs for the Spartans.
Arbor View 3, Cheyenne 0 — At Arbor View, Allison McClure dished out 27 assists and served four aces to lead the Aggies to a 25-15, 25-19, 25-20 sweep of the Desert Shields.
Micalia McErlean added seven digs and six kills, and Kallyn Redona had five kills and four blocks for Arbor View.
Emily Herdt paced Cheyenne with 11 kills, three blocks and two aces. Melanie Manley supplied 10 digs for the Desert Shields.
Faith Lutheran 3, Mojave 0 — At Faith Lutheran, Kelsey McCourt distributed 25 assists, and Taylor Richards had nine kills and four aces to lead the Crusaders past the Rattlers, 25-9, 25-5, 25-9.
Chelsea Kronschnabel added eight aces and five digs for Faith Lutheran, which got seven kills from Taylor Hammer and six kills from Vanessa Sigman.
Durango 3, Desert Oasis 0 — At Desert Oasis, Sarah Tullis dished out 21 assists to help the Trailblazers blitz the Diamondbacks, 25-3, 25-15, 25-21.
Hailee Wilson had nine kills and seven digs, and Feven Solomon contributed five kills for Durango.
Kindra Stanfield led Desert Oasis with 11 assists and two digs, and teammate Brittney Jensen added five kills and three digs.
Sierra Vista 3, Spring Valley 0 — At Spring Valley, Shelby Stiles recorded 15 assists and five blocks, and Allison Herold added 10 kills and two aces to help the Mountain Lions to a 25-10, 25-20, 25-14 win over the Grizzlies.
Taylor Price supplied nine kills, four blocks and three aces for Sierra Vista.
Peyton LeBlue had six kills, and Jessica Reed contributed five digs for Spring Valley.
Bonanza 3, Clark 0 — At Bonanza, Bree Hammel collected 11 kills and six aces as the Bengals defeated the Chargers, 25-17, 25-16, 25-22.
Rykki Rudd had seven kills for Bonanza.
Legacy 3, Moapa Valley 1 — At Legacy, Erica Jones dished out 14 assists, and Halle Champion put down nine kills to lead the Longhorns to a 25-21, 12-25, 25-16, 25-20 win over the Pirates.
Jessica Van Alfen added six kills and four digs, and Mickayla Hicks supplied five kills and four blocks for Legacy.
Summer Owens paced Moapa Valley with eight kills, and Ashley Noto contributed seven kills for the Pirates.
Virgin Valley 3, Western 0 — At Mesquite, Rachel Morris put down 10 kills and six aces to lead the Bulldogs to a 25-21, 25-15, 25-14 sweep of the Warriors.
Nicole Hafen added 21 assists and 10 aces for Virgin Valley, which got five kills and five aces from Laura Bonnert. Annie Biasi contributed five kills and four aces for the Bulldogs.
Calvary Chapel 3, Lake Mead 2  — At Lake Mead, Bri Ridley compiled 23 kills, three digs, two blocks and two aces as the Lions rallied for a 22-25, 26-24, 17-25, 25-16, 15-10 win over the Eagles.
Laura Perri had 27 assists, 10 digs and five aces, and Brettani Davis recorded 22 digs, five assists and two kills for Calvary Chapel.
Deja Harris added 12 kills and two blocks, and Brooke Davis supplied eight digs for the Lions.
Ashley Newton paced Lake Mead with 17 kills, 16 digs and four aces. Megan Watkins contributed 13 assists and 11 digs, and Heather Hillenbrand had 11 digs, nine kills and five aces for the Eagles, who got 21 digs from Anny Liston and 19 assists from Taylor Vetter.
Lincoln County 2-2, Laughlin 0-0 — At Laughlin, the Lynx swept a doubleheader from the Cougars by scores of 25-14, 25-12 and 25-13, 25-19.
Pahranagat Valley 3, Indian Springs 0 — At Indian Springs, the Panthers were 25-14, 25-9, 25-14 winners over the Thunderbirds.
Round Mountain 3, Sandy Valley 0 — At Round Mountain, Bailey Lynn Hart had 10 aces and four kills as the Knights posted a 25-20, 25-17, 25-16 win over the Sidewinders.
Carla Chavez added seven aces and six kills, and Jessica Smith had six assists for Round Mountain.
 
Needles 2-2, Mountain View 0-0 — At Needles, Calif., the Mustangs swept the Saints by scores of 25-23, 25-12 and 25-14, 25-16.
 
Katelyn Krebs paced Mountain View with 11 blocks and nine kills. Kayla Kirk added 11 blocks and seven kills, and Amber Gomez had nine kills, six blocks and two assists for the Saints.
