VOLLEYBALL: Rattlers outlast Trojans

Carissa Limtiaco had 12 kills and 12 digs, and Leilani Limtiaco added 10 kills, 12 digs and two blocks to help Mojave's girls volleyball team to a 10-25, 26-24, 25-20, 15-25, 16-14 victory over visiting Pahrump Valley on Monday.

Sua Estrada had 32 assists, four digs and three aces, and Kristina Gomez had nine kills and four blocks for the Rattlers, who got 16 digs from Michelle Hernandez.

Alexis Trieb had 13 kills, and Andi Bishop added 10 kills for the Trojans. Jill Smith dished out 28 assists, and Lauren Ashford had 25 digs for Pahrump.

Green Valley 3, Rancho 2 — At Green Valley, Rachel Kloepfer had 15 kills and 15 digs, and Carlee Becker added six kills, 32 assists, nine digs and three aces to help the Gators outlast the Rams, 25-18, 25-20, 24-26, 19-25, 15-11.

Lana Benson had 12 kills and three aces, and Emily Flowers added 19 digs for Green Valley.

Kayla Coles had 16 kills, 19 digs and two aces, and Maureen Macato had 10 kills and 21 digs for Rancho. Karime Raygoza added nine kills and 24 digs, and Serenity Sivongsa had 21 assists, 14 digs and three aces for the Rams.

Sunrise Mountain 3, Desert Pines 0 — At Sunrise Mountain, Shayne Siegel had six kills as the Miners swept the Jaguars, 25-11, 25-20, 25-14.

Rebecca Ramirez added 14 digs, and Legacee Lane recorded three kills for Sunrise Mountain.

Meleane Ngaue led Desert Pines with six kills, and Linnet Rojas served eight aces for the Jaguars.

Sierra Vista 3, Clark 0 — At Sierra Vista, Shantalle Demirjian had nine kills, four aces and five digs to lead the Mountain Lions past the Chargers, 25-17, 25-17, 25-16.

Lexy Ross had eight kills for Sierra Vista.

Angel Jamerson had four kills, 14 assists, three aces and eight digs to lead Clark.

Tearra Camacho had four kills and 12 digs, Lexi Spilsbury had three kills and nine digs, and Liza Spilsbury added three kills and six digs for the Chargers.

Liberty 3, Valley 0 — At Liberty, Tiffany Watkins had three kills and six aces to help the Patriots to a 25-14, 25-6, 25-14 sweep of the Vikings.

Maddie Brown added four kills, and Lisa Tauala had three blocks for Liberty.

Michelle Burkhalter had three blocks and three aces, and teammate Amanda Manresa added 11 digs for Valley. Hannah Geberyesus and Hannah Ariesen each had six assists for the Vikings.

Arbor View 3, Cimarron-Memorial 0 — At Cimarron, Hannah Goddard had six kills, 11 aces and two blocks as the Aggies swept the Spartans, 25-2, 25-14, 25-16.

Sarah Goddard had six kills, four aces and two blocks for Arbor View, which got six kills and three aces from Kasey Kershaw and 22 assists and three aces from Alyson Jeeves.

Cimarron's Addison Dolan had three kills, and Alyssa Karpinski added two kills for the Spartans.

Bonanza 3, Desert Oasis 0 — At Bonanza, Hayley Huntsman had 12 kills, four aces, 11 digs and 20 assists to lead the Bengals past the Diamondbacks 25-13, 25-12, 25-20.

Jaycie Johnson added five kills and four blocks for Bonanza.

Madison Norr led Desert Oasis with six kills and and four digs. Laityn Sarna added 18 assists, and teammate Casedy Field had five digs for the Diamondbacks.

Spring Valley 3, Cheyenne 0 — At Cheyenne, Jessica Rafay had 10 assists, eight kills and six aces as the Grizzlies eased past the Desert Shields, 25-12, 25-11, 25-12.

Spring Valley's Danielle Amonica helped with 13 assists, seven aces and six kills. Alleanna Thomson had five kills and four digs, and Cashmere Buford notched eight digs for the Grizzlies.

Danaye Zaragoza led Cheyenne with eight assists.

Silverado 3, Canyon Springs 0 — At Canyon Springs, Tehani Faitau had 21 assists and seven aces as the Skyhawks swept the Pioneers, 25-11, 25-12, 25-7.

Mackenzie Carter had six kills and three digs, and Mariah Morris added five kills and two aces for Silverado.

Liberty Baptist 3, Green Valley Christian 0 — At Liberty Baptist, the Eagles were 25-7, 25-12, 25-16 winners over Green Valley Christian.
