Boulder City claims Pahranagat Valley Invitational title

Boulder City claimed eight individual titles Friday to win the team crown at the Pahranagat Valley Invitational in Alamo.

Tyler-James Rushworth pinned his opponent in just 46 seconds to claim the 138-pound title for the Eagles, who finished with 253 points.

Garrett Leavitt (106), Zane Dennington (113), D.J. Reese (120), Jimmy Brown (126), Octavian Trumbo (145), Dillon Viera (152) and Kyle Gossard (285) also won titles for Boulder City.

Moapa Valley was second with 169½ points. Virgin Valley (108), Sunrise Mountain (105½), and Lincoln County (85) rounded out the top five.

Lincoln County's Zachary Rowe (132), Virgin Valley's Rafael DeSantiago (160) and Marlan Felshaw (170), Moapa Valley's Sterling Simmons (182) and Trystin Deal (220) and Eureka's Wyatt Gibbs won the other individual titles.
