ROUNDUP: Gators ride lightweights to win over Aggies
Green Valley’s Jared Brathor posted a first-period pin at 103 pounds Thursday to help the Gators to a 48-25 victory over visiting Arbor View.
Corey Brathor (112), Zack Perry (125), Demetri Church (135), Ryder Newman (145) and Nathan Thomas (215) also won by pin for the Gators.
Bulldogs sweep Virgin Valley, Sunrise Mountain
At Centennial, Shaeden Santana (112) and Brandon Maryans (171) each registered two pins to lead Centennial to a 58-15 victory over Virgin Valley and a 65-9 win over Sunrise Mountain in a tri-meet.
Centennial’s Alec Gonzalez notched wins by a pin and a technical fall for the Bulldogs.
Virgin Valley defeated Sunrise Mountain, 42-39, in the other match.
