ROUNDUP: Mustangs rout Bulldogs to complete Northwest League sweep, first league title

Austin Rumsey needed only 16 seconds to win his 112-pound match by pin Thursday night as Shadow Ridge rolled to a 58-9 home victory over Centennial.
 
The win completed an undefeated Northwest League season for the Mustangs, who earned their first league wrestling title.
 
Sylvae Washington (140) won his match in 37 seconds, and teammate Spencer McKee (125) picked up a pin in 53 seconds for Shadow Ridge.
 
Donovan Caldwell (130), Jordan Kurth (189), Brandon Fisher (215) and Brett Fisher (285) also won by pin for the Mustangs.

Wosik, Rosas lead Bonanza past Clark
At Bonanza, Billy Wosik (119) and Billy Rosas (140) each won by pin in less than a minute to lead the Bengals to a 57-21 win over Clark.

 
Wosik won in 29 seconds and Rosas in 54 seconds.
 
Bonanza won eight total matches by pin and another by forfeit.
 
Mike Zellner (112), Josh Jackson (125), Colton Ralphs (130), Shaun Kinney (152) and Franz Ferguson (160) added first-period pins for the Bengals. Chris Coffey (171) also won by pin for Bonanza.

Basic rides six pins to win over Silverado
At Basic, the Wolves won six matches by pin and one by forfeit on their way to a 52-19 victory over Silverado.

 
Bryce Sepe (130), Jaykeup Garcia (135), Adam Acquaviva (140), Josh Loftis (145), Stephen Maman (152) and Ron Pretasky (189) each recorded a pin for the Wolves.

Cimarron-Memorial tops Palo Verde
At Cimarron, the Spartans won nine matches, including four by pin, to down Palo Verde, 45-26.

 
Chris Colwell (119), Colbey Garrison (135), Marshall Gonzalez (160) and Aaron Garcia (189) each registered a pin for Cimarron.

Sundevils tame Cowboys
At Eldorado, Cole Price (135) and Joe Berg (189) each recorded a pin as the Sundevils roped Chaparral, 60-17.

 
Eldorado won six other matches by forfeit.

Las Vegas defeats Valley
At Las Vegas, the Wildcats won seven of eight contested matches to defeat Valley, 62-3.
