ROUNDUP: Wilson’s pin sparks Liberty

Ian Wilson’s pin at 135 pounds started a streak of six consecutive victories for Liberty as the Patriots rallied to top Green Valley 34-28 at Basic on Wednesday.

Basic had an 18-0 lead before Wilson’s pin.

Anthony Terrell (152) and Spencer Hill-Hale (189) also had pins for the Patriots.

Wilson also had a pin to lead Liberty to a 39-17 victory over Basic.

Teddy Efthemeou (215) also won by pin for the Patriots.

Basic was a 39-30 winner over Green Valley behind pins from Kevin Magdall (119), Vincent Segura (125), Jacob Garcia (135)and  Adam Acquaviva (140).
