Warriors claim Pahranagat Valley Invitational title

Western’s wrestling team took home seven individual titles Friday in cruising to a first-place finish in the Pahranagat Valley Invitational at Alamo.

The Warriors scored 201 points, easily outdistancing second-place Laughlin (105½) and Pahrump Valley’s junior varsity (100).

Dylan Bogarin (126 pounds), Sean Seglin (132), Jamal Hooker (145), Ramone Wilson (152), Robert Buchanan (170), Gustavo Lopez (182) and Coalton Felciano (285) each won an individual championship for Western.

Jeff Jones (113) and Andy Linares (195) won titles for the host Panthers.
