Las Vegas woman struck, killed Sunday identified

The woman who died Sunday after being hit by a car has been identified by the Clark County coroner’s office.

Lisa Jennifier Healey, 33, was walking across Cimarron Road around 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Laredo Street, Las Vegas police said. Healey, a Las Vegas resident, was not in a crosswalk.

A 1999 Honda Accord traveling north on Cimarron struck Healey. She was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Healey’s cause and manner of death were still pending Monday.

This was the 94 traffic-related fatality in Las Vegas police jurisdiction in 2013.
