Without any doubt, former U.S. Attorney Dan Bogden shouldn’t have been fired for political reasons by the Bush administration. However, seven current or former prosecutors said, based on his poor management ability, he shouldn’t be rehired.
Lori Ortale may be one of the few pharmacists in Las Vegas who believes the Nevada Supreme Court should decide pharmacists should be held liable if someone who receives a controlled substance from her goes out and harms someone else while under the influence.
It’s no exaggeration to say that Thelma Clark, an unpaid citizen lobbyist, probably did more for senior citizens who live in mobile homes than some legislators. Actually, she would have been a better legislator than a couple I can name.
