Basic rides Fisher’s cycle to win over Liberty

Basic outfielder Aaren Fisher hit for the cycle, going 4-for-4 with four RBIs, as the Wolves defeated host Liberty 15-0 in five innings Friday.

Megan Feher threw a one-hitter with eight strikeouts and went 4-for-4 with a triple and an RBI.

Silverado 8, Del Sol 7 -- At Silverado, Katie Devlin went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBIs to help the Skyhawks beat the Dragons.

Mikayla Thielges went 2-for-2 with two runs and an RBI for Silverado, which held on after building a 6-0 first-inning lead.

Erin Miller and Jessica Meuir each went 2-for-4 with a double for Del Sol.

Centennial 14, Legacy 0 -- At Centennial, Teresa Healy and Johnna Brown each went 3-for-4 with two doubles and a home run as the Bulldogs routed the Longhorns in five innings.

Brown drove in four runs, and Healy had three RBIs.

Coronado 9, Green Valley 1 -- At Green Valley, Tristina Shibata pitched the distance, scattering eight hits, to lead the Cougars over the Gators.

Shibata, Sarah Detwiler, Bianca Query and Carter Jones each had two hits for Coronado.

Shadow Ridge 10, Arbor View 0 -- At Shadow Ridge, Britney Cato was 3-for-3 to help the Mustangs to a five-inning victory.

Mandy Harmon was 2-for-2 with a walk and three runs for Shadow Ridge, and teammate Rae-Ann Bohm homered.

Foothill 13, Vo-Tech 2 -- At Vo-Tech, Amber Stater hit a double and a home run as the Falcons beat the Roadrunners in five innings.

Shelby Medrano pitched the distance, striking out eight and allowing five hits, to get the victory.

Cimarron-Memorial 19, Mojave 0 -- At Mojave, Jennifer Liddell pitched three hitless innings to help the Spartans to a five-inning victory.

Chelsea Williams drove in three runs and Kelsey Martin two for Cimarron.

Mountain View 6-6, Lake Mead 3-7 -- At Sunridge Park, Rachel Henson tripled home Jenna Willis with two outs in the bottom of the seventh in the second game to give the Eagles a split with the Saints.

Willis went 3-for-4 with a homer for Lake Mead.

Mountain View's Randall Van Kempen and Kaitlin Glover each hit a home run in the first game.

Faith Lutheran 15-9, Virgin Valley 4-7 -- At Faith Lutheran, the Crusaders won both games against the Bulldogs.

Jessie Tracy went 3-for-4 with a home run, a double and four RBIs to lead Faith Lutheran in the first game, and Becca Reighard went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs in the second game.
