Brigham Young guard Jimmer Fredette wasn’t selected the Mountain West Conference Player of the Year. His performance Thursday might have some voters wishing for a do-over.
If he felt some pressure in his first postseason game, UNLV freshman Anthony Marshall had no problem hiding it.

Anthony Marshall and Tre’Von Willis each scored 13 points and UNLV pulled away in the second half for a 73-61 victory over Utah in the Mountain West Conference Tournament quarterfinals at the Thomas & Mack Center.
