College football betting trends for this weekend

Clemson at Louisville: Louisville is on a 3-8 slide against the spread, though the games vs. Clemson have been tough the past three years. Cardinals coach Bobby Petrino is 6-5 ATS as an underdog at Louisville. Tigers coach Dabo Swinney is on a 13-7 ATS uptick. Edge: Slight to Clemson.

Texas at Southern California: The Longhorns are 2-8 ATS in their past 10 as visitors. But coach Tom Herman was 5-0 as an underdog at Houston. The Trojans have gone 8-3 ATS at the Los Angeles Coliseum for coach Clay Helton. Edge: Slight to USC.

Wisconsin at Brigham Young: Badgers coach Paul Chryst is riding a 13-4-1 spread run overall and is 9-1 ATS in his past 10 away from Madison. The Cougars were 4-0-1 ATS as an underdog last year, but dropped their first two in that role this season. BYU coach Kalani Sitake is 2-5-1 ATS at home. Edge: Wisconsin.

Kentucky at South Carolina: Wildcats coach Mark Stoops has won the past three meetings and covered the past four vs. the Gamecocks, who are 0-4-1 ATS in their past five in the series. Kentucky went 4-1 ATS last year as a road underdog. South Carolina is 5-9 ATS at Columbia since 2014. Edge: Kentucky.

Notre Dame at Boston College: The Eagles are 6-1 ATS vs. the Irish since 2004. Boston College is 0-5 as a home underdog the past two years but 7-7-1 ATS overall as an underdog since 2015, when it covered vs. Notre Dame at Fenway Park. The Irish are on a 2-6 ATS slide as visiting chalk. Edge: Boston College.

Air Force at Michigan: Wolverines coach Jim Harbaugh is 4-5 ATS as home chalk since last year and is 9-10 ATS laying double digits since 2015. The Falcons are on a 4-1 ATS run as road underdogs and a 10-4 run overall as underdogs, including their past three getting double digits. Edge: Air Force.

Tennessee at Florida: The Volunteers are 2-5 ATS in the past seven meetings and are on a 5-9-1 ATS skid, going 0-3-1 ATS on the road last year. Florida coach Jim McElwain is 5-1 ATS as a Southeastern Conference host in The Swamp. Edge: Florida.

Colorado State at Alabama: Crimson Tide coach Nick Saban is 4-14 ATS hosting non-SEC foes in Tuscaloosa. Rams coach Mike Bobo was 5-0 ATS as a visiting underdog last year and is on a 7-1 ATS run on the road. Edge: Colorado State.

Stanford at San Diego State: Aztecs coach Rocky Long is 10-10 ATS at home since 2014 but 1-0 as a home underdog. Cardinal coach David Shaw is 17-9 ATS as a visiting favorite since 2011 and 25-14 ATS away from Palo Alto, California. Edge: Stanford.

Louisiana State at Mississippi State: Bulldogs coach Dan Mullen has covered the past three meetings and is 10-5 ATS as an underdog since 2014. Tigers coach Ed Orgeron is 4-0 ATS on the road with LSU. Edge: Slight to Mississippi State.

Oklahoma State at Pittsburgh: Panthers coach Pat Narduzzi is on a 3-11 ATS slide at home. Cowboys coach Mike Gundy is 8-8-1 his past 17 as chalk. Edge: Slight to Oklahoma State.

UCLA at Memphis: Bruins coach Jim Mora is 3-11-1 ATS in his past 14 nonconference games and is on a 5-10-1 ATS skid. But Memphis is 3-8 ATS since early 2016. Edge: Slight to UCLA.

San Jose State at Utah: The Spartans are 3-14 ATS in their past 17 as a road underdog and 1-7 ATS in their past eight vs. Power Five teams. The Utes are 3-5 ATS in their past eight as double-digit chalk. Edge: Slight to Utah.

Mississippi at California: Ole Miss is on a 1-8 spread skid. The Bears are on a 5-9 ATS slide as an underdog. Edge: Slight to California.

Oregon at Wyoming: Cowboys coach Craig Bohl was 5-0 ATS as a home underdog last year. The Ducks are on a 5-12 ATS slide as chalk, but Willie Taggart teams are on a 12-5-1 run as favorites. Edge: Slight to Wyoming.
