Day-Lewis odds-on favorite for Oscar hat trick

You can't bet on the Oscars in Nevada, but that doesn't stop the bookmakers for posting odds for your debating pleasure.
Bookmaker William Hill make Daniel Day-Lewis an 1/8 favorite to win the Best Actor Oscar and to become the first ever to win this category three times.
The giant British bookmakers also announced its disappointment that the Academy snubbed the latest Bond film, "Skyfall," in the big Oscar categories. It got five nominations but none for Best Picture or for Judi Dench and Javier Barden as Supporting Actress and Actor.
