8 Rusty Road - Not the best post going a mile; must overcome the early ground loss, but has a clever pilot in Rafael Bejarano.
2 Lolo El Canonero - Solid second last time out, now must last going 2-turns; tactical speed on the stretch out to sit a nice trip.
Long Shot - 7 Takeit Tothe Limit
Race 2 - 7 furlongs, Purse $45,000, Claiming $50,000, 3-year-olds
5 Congrats Seattle - Claimed by Robertino Diodoro off a gritty maiden claiming win; barn has a great win percentage first off the claim.
3 Two Six Wins - Like the cutback in distance, especially showing early speed in route; Kent Desormeaux will save something for late.
Long Shot - 4 Tiz Jolie
Race 3 - 1 mile, Purse $45,000, Claiming $50,000, Fillies, 3-year-olds
4 Backstreet Lisa - Takes a large class drop to face a much easier group; exiting the grass, but the class advantage is huge.
5 Chia Love - Broke her maiden claiming diploma in a big way last time; facing winners for the first time, this is a big class rise.
Long Shot - 1 Racing for Chasen
Race 4 - 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $27,000, Maiden claiming $40,000, 3-year-olds and up
1 Next Right - Speed from the rail in this abbreviated sprint; the key will be for Agapito Delgadillo to pop the gate and get going.
3 Uptown Rythem - Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; suspect will sit close and try his best late.
Long Shot - 5 Willy Be Wild
Race 5 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf, rail at 8 feet), Purse $56,000, Cal-breds, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
7 Bilger’s Sapphire - Rallied well into a fast early pace last time out; like that Corey Nakatani is riding back.
1 Chaulk O Lattey - Rafael Bejarano prefers to stalk rather that lead the pack early on; was dueled into submission last time out.
Long Shot - 5 Theralena
Race 6 - 6 furlongs, Purse $32,000, Claiming $25,000, Fillies, 3-year-olds
3 Abets Abet - Drops to the lowest price tag of her career; the last time she did run for a price tag, she broke her maiden easily.
5 Desert Thief - Claimed by Bill Spawr who then took the time to do some maintenance work on her; expect to come out guns blazing.
Long Shot - 8 Erte
Race 7 - 1 1/8th miles (turf, rail at 8 feet), $200,000 Santa Ana, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up
4 Diversy Harbor - She may be a shade below grade 1, but she is a very good turf filly; Gary Stevens will unleash a very late charge.
1 Testa Rossi - The racing office has done well to recruit Eastern horses out for stakes; they can clearly compete in all divisions.
Long Shot - 5 Queen of The Sand
Race 8 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $58,000, Optional claiming $40,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up
7 Honey Ride - Second start off a 3-month hiatus; figures to be tighter and gets the services of Joel Rosario, you remember him.
3 Interject - Chased the favorite last time out; would not be surprised in the least if Rafael Bejarano can turn the tables.
Long Shot - 5 Sky Mega
Race 9 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf, rail at 8 feet), Purse $56,000, Maiden special weights, Fillies, 3-year-olds
5 Redheads Rule - Made a fashionable debut down the hill last time; she just missed but had to like her spunk fighting to the very end.
1 Boat Drinks - Has run two above average tries down the hill without winning; let’s see if Victor Espinoza decides to leave of settle.
