Bettor needs 2 players to score TD Monday to hit on $115K parlay

Updated October 21, 2024 - 4:28 pm

A bettor needs two players to score a touchdown in the “Monday Night Football” doubleheader to turn their $20 parlay into $115,550.

A Louisiana bettor at Fanatics Sportsbook, which doesn’t operate in Nevada, used a free bet after signing up for the book last week to place a 14-leg anytime touchdown parlay.

The two remaining legs are Ravens running back Derrick Henry to score against the Buccaneers and Cardinals running back James Conner to score against the Chargers.

The anytime touchdown legs that hit Sunday were Ja’Marr Chase, DK Metcalf, Najee Harris, Breece Hall, Saquon Barkley, Tank Bigsby, Jahmyr Gibbs, Aaron Jones, James Cook, Joe Mixon and Brian Robinson.

One of the legs was 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel, who exited San Francisco’s loss to the Chiefs in the first quarter with an illness and didn’t return. But the leg was voided by Fanatics’ fair play policy.

Baltimore is a consensus 4-point favorite at Tampa Bay after starting Monday as a 3½-point favorite.

The Westgate SuperBook reported that a sharp bettor backed the Ravens -3½ on Monday, which caused the book to bump up the spread to 4.

The Chargers are consensus 1-point favorites at Arizona after the line dropped from 2½ last week. The consensus total is 44.

“We’ve taken some sharp play on the Cardinals +2 against the Chargers,” SuperBook vice president of risk Jeff Sherman said. “There’s also sharp play on that same total over, from 42 to 44.”

Baltimore (4-2, 3-2-1 ATS) has won four straight after an 0-2 start. The Buccaneers have won and covered four of their six games.

“There’s no doubt that we’re going to need the Buccaneers,” SuperBook vice president Jay Kornegay said. “People love those Ravens, and I can understand that. The Buccaneers are kind of Jekyll and Hyde. Sometimes they look pretty decent. Other times, they look like crap. You never know what you’re going to get from them.”

The SuperBook is dealing reduced juice of -108 on all four teams playing Monday night as part of a season-long promotion.

The consensus total is 50 for Buccaneers-Ravens. Both teams are on over runs, with Baltimore on a 5-1 uptick and Tampa Bay on a 3-0 streak.

The Chargers (3-2, 3-2 ATS) are 4-1 to the under this season. The Cardinals are 2-4 straight up and 3-3 ATS.
