9 Here’s Bella - Dropped to the bottom in last and ran a creditable second; there isn’t much here so she is clearly the one to beat.

6 Chicsdigtheshark - Looked like his old self last time with a driving victory; Bill Spawr drops him in class, red flag all the way.

Long Shot - 1 Cloud Hopper

Race 4 - 1 1/8th miles (turf, rail at 24 feet), Purse $56,000, Maiden special weights, 3-year-olds and up

2 Yes Yes Yes - Ran a much better than looked race in last facing winners; he’s been a nibbler, but this spot is much easier.

3 Decisive Edge - East coast invader makes his SoCal debut for the maestro Jerry Hollendorfer; Alex Solis rode the colt in New York.

Long Shot - 7 Pantera Rojo

Race 5 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $56,000, Maiden special weights, 2-year-olds

3 Madiba - Been grinding late in two sprints races; appears much better suited for 2-turns; Jerry Hollendorfer puts the blinkers on.

6 Prospect Park - Showed a lot more speed switching from sprint to route in last; the pace is slower and he’s more forwardly placed.

Long Shot - 2 Pioneerof the West

Race 6 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf, rail at 24 feet), Purse $58,000, Optional claiming $20,000, Cal-breds, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

10 Smoove It - Like the parking lot post for going down the hillside turf course; has run well down the hill, but never this soft a spot.

7 Heavens Stairway - Speedball will like the turf rail out 24 feet; Tyler Baze is among the best gate riders in the business.

Long Shot - 3 Doctor Glynis

Race 7 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $26,000, Claiming $20,000, 3-year-olds

3 Presiding Judge - Red flag drop for an $18K price tag after a series of good races; John Sadler shoving this one down our throats.

Long Shot - 9 Boyett

Race 9 - 6 furlongs, Purse $35,000, Maiden claiming $75,000, 2-year-olds

2 Oh Newman - Must be a fan of Seinfeld; taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming.
