Mayweather gets license for May 4 fight with Guerrero

The Nevada Athletic Commission unanimously approved a boxing license for reigning WBC welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. Monday, clearing the way for him to compete May 4 against Robert Guerrero at the MGM Grand Garden.
The NAC also announced that Las Vegas’ Robert Byrd will referee Mayweather-Guerrero with Duane Ford and Jerry Roth of Las Vegas and Julie Lederman of New York serving as the three judges.
