Saul “Canelo” Alvarez dominated former world champion Shane Mosley and retained his WBC junior middleweight title with a 12-round unanimous decision victory at the MGM Grand Garden. The fight was the co-feature on the card that had Floyd Mayweather Jr. meeting WBA junior middleweight champ Miguel Cotto in the main event.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. overcame a tough Miguel Cotto and captured the WBA junior welterweight title while remaining undefeated at 43-0 with a 12-round unanimous decision at the MGM Grand Garden.
