UNLV’s Finkelstein earns first-team All-America honors

UNLV senior Dana Finkelstein became just the second women’s golfer in program history to earn first-team All-America honors when the team was named on Tuesday by the Women’s Golf Coaches Association.
Finkelstein, a three-time Mountain West Golfer of the Year, set a program record with five career tournament victories.
She won three titles in her senior season, finishing in the top five seven times. Finkelstein finished 18th at the NCAA Championship, the third highest finish in program history.
Finkelstein was a second-team honoree last season.
Da Sol Chung earned first-team honors after finishing third at the NCAA Championship in 2006.
