Career highlights:
■ Scored 726 points in 51 games for a career scoring average of 14.2.
■ The 6-foot-4-inch forward/center led the team with a 14.1 rebounding average in 1962-63.
■ The Rebels compiled a 40-11 record in his two seasons under coaches Michael "Chub" Drakulich and Ed Gregory.

Currently: Originally from Los Angeles, Tapper returned to Las Vegas permanently in 1973. He is semi-retired and works in the gaming industry.
