UNLV gets two high school commitments

The Rebels picked up their first two commitments of the 2010 class — linebacker Austin Arias (6 feet, 215 pounds) of Centennial High School in Peoria, Ariz., and defensive tackle Quentin Jones (6-0, 311) of Northland High in Columbus, Ohio. Both were at today's spring game.

Arias was selected the Desert West Region Defensive Player of the Year last season. He made 110 tackles. Jones had 63 tackles, including six sacks. He also had five forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries and three pass breakups.
