The $3 billion grant for the Las Vegas-to-Southern California high-speed rail project has been signed by the Federal Railroad Administration.

The train sets can fit 450 people each, and can reach speeds of up to 220 mph, allowing for a trip between Las Vegas and the Rancho Cucamonga station to take 2 hours.
The 54-mile high-speed rail line would serve as a connector between the planned Brightline West Victor Valley Station and the California High-Speed Rail in Palmdale, California.
The production facility in North Las Vegas will play a role in the Brightline West high-speed rail project between Southern Nevada and Southern California.
