The Nevada Highway Patrol says a semi-truck driver was impaired and driving the wrong way when he hit and killed three motorcyclists near Laughlin.

The former UNLV basketball recruit, charged in connection with a fatal crash more than two years ago, also has a new defense attorney.
Both drivers were booked on suspicion of DUI resulting in death in the crash at East Sahara Avenue and McLeod Drive.
