Day care workers accused of instigating toddler ‘Fight Club’

Two former New Jersey day care workers pleaded not guilty after being charged with cruelty and neglect of children.

Erica Kenny, 22, and Chanese White, 28, are accused of making toddlers fight each other while under their care at Lightbridge Academy in Cranford, N.J. Kenny faces additional charges with endangering the children by posting clips of the fighting to Snapchat.

"Somebody had reported this," the day care's CEO Guy Falzarano tells PEOPLE. "I'm appalled by it. The rest of the staff is appalled by it."

The women were fired from after investigators showed up to the day care.
