The Raiders are in the process of completing their move to Las Vegas. T-Mobile Arena is home to the Golden Knights and potential future NBA team. NBA commissioner Adam Silver doesn’t appear to be in any hurry to expand. Seattle likely would be the NBA’s top target for a new team.
