James “Jim” Twohig, who lives in Sun City Summerlin in Las Vegas, has built a fabulous model of the U.S. “Brig” Niagara. It’s the first model ship he’s built and completed in his life. This is a famous ship in U.S. history. It was the flagship of Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry in the famous battle of Lake Erie, in the War of 1812.
