The fashion show to benefit UMC’s pediatric unit was held March 22 at the Four Seasons hotel. The event was the Clark County Medical Society Alliance’s 17th annual fashion show fundraiser. They raised over $100,000 through a silent auction and ticket sales. Helpful additions to the pediatric unit will include parent care packages and treatment room additions. There were over 450 attendees who also participated in a silent auction. The fashion show featured over 25 looks provided by Diane Von Furstenburg with professional models flown in from the New York fashion house. DVF donated a portion of proceeds from the show’s online sales to UMC’s pediatric unit.
