According to the report, male business owners in Las Vegas made an average of $70,000 in the first year. Female business owners made an average of $57,000 in revenue their first year, a 20 percent difference. Other cities had larger gaps. Austin, for instance, had a 73 percent difference between male and female first-year revenue. And the gap in San Antonio was a 79 percent difference.
