Americana in Las Vegas serves fig and ricotta toast

New year, new brunch dishes at the lakeside Americana, 2620 Regatta Drive in Desert Shores. Ricotta and fig toast puts a new spin on a trend and adds a couple of touches that seem like a harbinger of spring: strawberry balsamic and arugula. It’s part of the $42 unlimited brunch, served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays. For the full brunch menu and other details, visit americanalasvegas.com.
