M Resort’s Raiders Tavern & Grill set to open soon

Updated February 18, 2021 - 4:28 pm

The M Resort in Henderson, which is the official team headquarters hotel of the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders, has announced that its Raiders-themed restaurant will be called, appropriately enough, Raiders Tavern & Grill.

The restaurant is expected to open around late March, according to Patrick Durkin, vice president of marketing. Durkin said the menu will include a great variety of appetizers, including some stadium foods, plus soups; salads; sandwiches; build-your-own burgers; house-made barbecue and pastas; entrees such as seared salmon, braised short ribs, steamed crab legs and pork chops; Southwestern options such as street tacos; healthy/skinny selections; wood-fired pizzas; and house-made desserts such as bread pudding, strawberry shortcake and brownies. There also will be specialty drinks from the Remy Martin Bar and draft beers from the Modelo Bar, plus ice cream cocktails and tequila and whiskey lists.

The tavern and restaurant will be decorated with Raiders memorabilia and merchandise, and 45 high-definition TVs will probably make it a particularly appealing spot on game days.
