Las Vegas 51s tickets go on sale Friday

Individual game tickets for the Las Vegas 51s baseball team go on sale Friday.

The 51s open their Pacific Coast League season on the road and play their first home game April 12 against the Colorado Springs Sky Sox.

The Las Vegas team becomes the Triple-A affiliate of the New York Mets this season and will be coached by Wally Backman.

Advance tickets for the 72-game home season are priced from $10 to $14.

The box office at Cashman Field is open from noon to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tickets also can be purchased through Ticketmaster outlets.
